Ouchy -Accident & Incident app app for iPhone and iPad

Ouchy is a Accident and Incident, Medication and Existing injuries report app to provide nurseries, childminders, pre-schools, schools and any other childcare facility to accurately report and keep log of any accidents or incident of children. The app provides the facility to record all details of the accident, including childs name, Date of Birth, Place and also body map. The form is signed by the staff, witness and parents before being uploaded to Dropbox as a PDF document for safe storage.

This app will save the staff lots of valuable time, saves paper and money without comprising on the legal duties of recording accidents and incidents. The App has been designed by Foundations Community Pre-School who identified the time it was taking their staff to record accidents and developed this app from ground up and now wanted to make it available to all those in child care around the world.
